Terms:
Our Terms to customers with established credit is 1% 10th prox
net 45 days. We reserve the right to ship C.O.D. while credit
is being established.

Delivery:
If method of shipment is not specified on the order, we reserve
the right to ship in accordance with our best judgement. |
Backorders:
If requested by the customer at the time of order, backorders
exceeding $50.00 will be held for 30 days. Backorders under
$50.00 will be cancelled.

Return
Goods Policy:
All goods returned must have prior written approval (RGA number)
and are subject to a handling charge. |
Pricing:
Prices are subject to change without notice. All orders will
be billed at prices prevailing at time of shipment.

Shortage
Claims:
Claims for shortage must be made within 5 days after receipt
of shipment with delivery carrier and our office. |
Freight:
Minimum freight prepaid shipment 750 lbs or $750.00 net
|
Warranty:
Our products are warranted against defects in material and workmanship.
We will issue a credit or replace when returned to our plant.
We can not be responsible for labor charges or related damage
due to faulty installation. |

Orders under
$50.00 net will be assessed a $10.00 handling charge. |
